Vehicle Buying Tips
- Get pre-approved at your bank. This way you know what price range you can be looking at. Your bank can also tell you a price range based off of what you would like your monthly payment to be.
- Search for vehicles in your price range.
- Once you find a vehicle, give the VIN to the bank. They can look the vehicle up in NADA to tell you what they are able to loan out for that particular vehicle.
- If you have a trade in – you can look up your trade-in value on NADA or Kelley Blue Book.
- The bank will calculate your monthly payment to make sure it is comfortable for you.
- You will need to give the purchase agreement and required paperwork to the bank for them to complete the loan paperwork.
- Set an appointment to come in and sign – then the vehicle is yours!
