About Rita: My husband, Steve and I moved to Denver as newlyweds over 40 years ago. I enjoy living in a small community and have wonderful memories of our three daughters participating in sports, music and other school events. I have eight grandchildren and love spending time with them. I also enjoy biking and golf.
Fun Fact: I love to watch beautiful sunsets on the beach in Jamaica.

About Sami: My Husband, Mike and I live in Denver with our two children, Walker and Emery, and Golden Retriever, Duke! We love the small town living and Denver is the perfect hometown for us. In my free time I love to spend time with my family and friends, shop and read!

About Chad: I enjoy traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact: I grew up in Cedar Falls and have 3 brothers. All three of us have moved to Denver now, and live within a couple miles of each other.

About Nick: I am originally from Cedar Falls and moved to the Denver community in 2004. I joined the DSB staff in 2016 after working in ag finance since 2001. I have 2 kids in college at UNI and my wife teaches secondary math at the high school in Denver. We have two French Bulldogs at home, Willson and Luna.
Fun Fact: I have coached football, basketball, soccer, baseball and softball throughout my time in the Denver community.
Why Bank with Nick: My background before DSB was in ag finance. I would be happy to sit down to discuss your farm operation and DSB’s relationship approach to lending.

About Donna: My husband and I live in Sumner, I have two boys, three stepsons and a stepdaughter. Some of my past times include spending time with our family and friends. We have a side by side that we enjoy checking out different areas.
Fun Fact: I enjoy checking out new fun and unique places to eat.

About Natalie: I grew up in Nevada, IA. I moved to Waverly at the beginning of 2024 with my fiancé, my daughter, and 2 bonus daughters. We have a chocolate lab, Murphy and a cat, CoCo. In my free time, I am either golfing, doing house projects, or going on some sort of adventure with our kids!
Fun Fact: I am a licensed cosmetologist but growing up I wanted to be a police officer.
Why Bank with Natalie: With being a community bank, we get to know our customers more and build relationships with each person that comes through our door. I love getting to know everyone and working beside such an amazing team!

About Madonna: I was born and raised in Waterloo, where my husband and I still live raising our family of 4. I like going to Fairs and Festivals with friends. I enjoy bonfires and anything Irish.
Fun Fact: I went on an Alaskan Cruise last year and the scenery was gorgeous!

About Nick: I’m originally from a small town named Huxley, Iowa (you might know it from the sign on I35) I’ve always had a passion for finding opportunities to truly get to know clients, and this community makes it easy. Outside of work, and if you happen to be in the Cedar Falls or Waterloo area, you can find me walking (or running behind) my dog, Ace.
Fun Fact: I should’ve known that I’d end up working at a bank because I was always the banker in Monopoly as a kid.
Why Bank with Nick: Because, above all else, I’m looking forward to meeting YOU. I love getting to know everyone and building that personal relationship that you can only find in a small town.

About Meagan: I grew up in Denver where I met my husband, Ryan, in high school. We have two daughters that attend school in Denver. We enjoy being outside and working on home improvement projects.
Fun Fact: We brought our oldest daughter home from the hospital on our 1st wedding anniversary. It was also Father’s Day!
