THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIVACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT DENVER SAVINGS BANK COLLECTS ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND HOW THAT INFORMATION IS USED

You Do Not need to do anything as a result of this notice.

When we say “you” we mean the following types of customers:

All current and former customers who have at least one loan, deposit or safe deposit box account with us.

We collect, use and retain nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

·        Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;

·        Information about your transactions with us or others; and

·        Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency, such as a credit bureau.

We use this information to protect and administer your records, accounts and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand your financial needs so we can provide you with quality products and services.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

We are permitted by law to share information we collect, as described above, when you request or authorize us to do so; when it is necessary to complete a transaction initiated by you; to comply with legal or regulatory requirements; and with third parties that assist us in servicing your loan or account with us.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will follow the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
